At the time of booking lessons for NEW pupils the full lesson fee will need to be transferred to secure the slot, the lesson will not be confirmed in the diary until this is done.

All individual lessons must be paid in full by card or cash at the start of each lesson - no payment no lesson.

Due to the uncertainty of lockdowns if you want to book a block of lessons you can so but bear in mind if you then request a refund in a lockdown the lessons used out of the block lessons will be charged at the hourly standard rate and the remaining funds will be refunded from that.

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of a lesson - any less than the 48 hours notice required and you will be charged the full lesson cost with no exceptions (this also applies to no shows and late appearances) Failure to pay this at the start of the next lesson will result in your slot being offered to another person.

A ‘3 strike’ policy will be in place where any missed lessons or late cancellations will be monitored and if the ‘3 strikes’ are exceeded your slot will be offered to another person with no exceptions to this.

The instructor will wait 10 minutes when arriving at the agreed location to pick up for a lesson, after the 10 minutes the lesson will then be treated as a ‘no show’ (see above)

Failure to present your provisional licence at the onset of your first lesson will also result in the lesson being terminated and charged accordingly.

The instructor has the right to withdraw the use of their vehicle for driving test purposes if they do not consent to test booking or feel the pupil is not test ready.

In the event of breakdowns or other issues outside of the instructor’s control, lessons may be rearranged at short notice.

The price paid for the driving test booking does not include the use of the car for the test or any lesson(s) beforehand.

It is at the instructor’s discretion to refuse to proceed with a lesson if they feel that the Pupil is in any way under the influence of drink or drugs at the time of the lesson. This will result in full lesson charge.
